Pulse-Bac® Technology represents a quantum leap forward in the vacuum industry. Our revolutionary design in vacuum filtration does what no other vacuum can do; prevent filters from clogging during operation. CDCLarue patented Pulse-Bac Technology internally flushes filters clear of dust and debris using only vacuum and ambient air. No blowers, compressors, shakers or buttons to push, just turn it on and automatically the Pulse-Bac does the rest.

Pulse-Bac vacuums are designed with two or more filters per machine, each filter has a valve located above it; this valve controls both ambient and vacuum air flow through the filter. When a cleaning cycle begins to flush clear a filter, the valve on that filter (A) will shut off the vacuum and open the valve to an ambient air inlet. The valve on the remaining filters (B) and or (C) remain open and allow vacuumed air to be pulled through them. The closing of the valve on filter (A) triggers ambient air to be pulled through the filter in reverse, flushing the filter clear of any dust or debris that has face the outside of filter (A). Reversed ambient air is pulled through filter (A) by the vacuum pressure coming from filters (B) and or (C). This entire process takes place in less than a second and is repeated on each filter continually while the vacuum machine is operating.

Extender 55/40™ This option is great for vacuuming up dry bulk materials and
moving them into a 55 or 40 gallon drum for containment, storage or disposal. The Extender 55/40 allows you to place on top of it a Pulse-Bac® 1000 Series vacuum head.

20 Gal. Separator This option is great for extra storage capacity for any vacuum.

Pre-Sep 55/40™ This option is like the extender 55/40 but without a vacuum unit on the top. The Pre-Sep 55/40 is set up to connect a 3" hose on the top that connects to the vacuum source. Mostly used for extra storage capacity with the Pulse-Bac® 2000 Series, the Pre-Sep 55/40 can be used with any vacuum using a 3" hose.

Optional Halo guard circles the vacuum head, allowing the user to easily grab hold of the vacuum to move or lift and lends added protection against falls. Fits 1000 Series vacuum models.

CDM™ Equipped. Our exclusive Cyclonic Debris Management system reduces filter exposure to dust and debris, resulting in increased productivity, longer filter life and lower maintenance cost. The C.D.M. system is standard on all tanks, extenders and pre-separators manufactured by CDCLarue Industries.
